I read that this morning, Krazy Legs. There was not a single mention of Justin Herbert throughout Peter King's entire article.

If those four wins saved Lynns job - the Chargers brass, Spanii and Telesco were not watching the game - any of them this year. I mean, yesterdays game was against a bunch of 2nd and 3rd stringers - how does that count?!!?

When the season was on the line - he failed as a coach. He got lucky against the Falcons - Matty Ice had two interceptions in the final few minutes if I recall. One in FG range .

If they want more mediocrity - they will keep Lynn. And if those four wins "saved" his job - his job was never in jeopardy - lets be honest.

I've always been under the belief that the Spanii are content being average as long as they make money. Lynn was 33-31. That's about as average as you can get. IF they keep him it would seem to show that we are in for more of the same.
But if they cut him loose, then maybe, hopefully, they are ready to make winning a priority.

Stuck with an incompetent HC who struggles with basic game management, can't make adjustments, has a very limited ceiling and can't win the big one.

I mean, Quinn and Marrone were on the chopping block last season and got a second chance. How'd that work out?

If you keep Lynn - you have to extend him as he will be a lame duck coach. So you run the risk again of having the potential to pay off his salary next year when he more than likely will be in the 7-9 win range. The decision to me is easy - its not my money but he has taken the team as far as he can take it.

Find a coach that can take the team farther.
