Having heard garrett speak Id say theres no chance he impresses during the interview process but these are the same people who thought lynn knocked it out of the park. Who knows?

I can see Lynn interviewing well. He has a confidence about him. He acts and looks like a football coach. The football part is just a facade but everyone liked him, even up to the end.
