That is a tough call. Much bigger TE, what's the safety supposed to do? I get it the rule but that one was tough. He did hit him in the face and neck.

I don't think Mac Jones is doing anything special here. He has two first round WRs, a first or second round RB who have been pretty wide open.
I don't think their TE even has a target. Even Menchie has been open.
