      Is Gus a great coach? I don’t know. But for sure, the Chargers made the right move in letting him go, because he was ineffective here. His defenses looked good statistically, but other than maybe the Ravens playoff game and a game against the Packers in 2019, they were never dominant. And they have the talent to be dominant. Whatever Gus was doing was not working and it hurt the team.
