I never got over the fact that Vincent Jackson got pulled over on his way to a playoff game, and called Philip Rivers to pick him up to take him to the game in Philip's minivan.
On Sunday, we posted an item regarding the status of Chargers receiver Vincent Jackson's legal entanglement from the days preceding the team's 2008 division-round loss to the Steelers.
It's very sad. He is probably my second favorite wide receiver the Chargers have had since I became a fan in the early 90s. I really appreciate how hard he worked on his game and improved basically every season he was with the Chargers.
RIP VJax.
He was a young man with a family.
Vincent had so much more to offer this world.
His military family charities helped vets get past pervasive suicide inclinations.
I am very sad.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't have multiple concussions while he was with us? Just wondering if he was suffering from depression. Looks like he was purposely being reclusive. Doesn't look good on the surface.
