Looking at his game logs... Kessman got off to a rough start (7 of 12) in 2020, but finished strong hitting 16 of his last 17 FGAs. Seems like he definitely figured something out. That includes 3 games where he went 4 for 4. He also had 2 other games where he went 3 for 3. That plus his strong leg... certainly sounds promising!

On a sad note, Jamie Newman went to Georgia to raise his draft stock, but sat out for Covid, then came out....and went undrafted. Who ever was giving this kid advice should be fired. I thought there were good tools there that could be developed. He shoulda just stayed at Wake Forrest and played.

Back in the fall a lot of folks, including young ones, were just concerned about staying alive. Heck until I get my vaccines I'm still thinking about it. But for college athletes covid has been largely a non-issue, so in hindsight you are right.

If he's talented he'll win a contract in time.
