They should have fired him at JaX. It’s painfully obvious that he hasn’t got the goods. Now we suffer through another lost season. Same exact pattern as Lynn and McCoy but they each won 1 playoff game before disintegrating in their third season.

Pretty telling that even normally mild mannered Darren freakin Sproles bashed this guy.

Sadly this is the truth, but also for any GM hire.

and Staley's Chargers are 17 - 19 since then.

They have Herbert and they compromised their cap like never before,
and it got them only victories against bad teams.

I honestly don't think Harbaugh could fix this team, at least not this year with TT as the GM... Harbaugh needs an off season with a totally new front office, even then they'll be tied up by Herbert's contract. Would also depend on who the new OC would be, Herbert needs to be torn down fundamentally and rebuilt, he is a mess right now.

Marty wasn't working for peanuts, Daniel Snyder fired Marty his first year in Washington: he had multiple years left on his contract.

Chargers only paid part of his salary.
Could be that his salary played a key part in Dean getting rid of him,
Snyder no longer paying out.

Yep...the Stale Staley Zone D just doesn't work...that TD play when Valdez-Scampering cut across a couple different zones, and got all that separation is just one example of why manning up at least gives us a better shot at covering receivers...had the Bolts used JCJ as a press corner instead of zone, they probably defend at least SOME of those kinds of plays better...
