Best thing to happen for Covington is to get picked up by the Chargers. I’m sure with Jay Rodgers he be used properly and feel like he belongs in the defense. 27-29 years old for lineman is prime years, look at the free agent upgrades to offensive line? Of course they had to pay up to get them, but when they were drafted they too were 3rd day picks. I’m telling you he can make this roster and contribute. Depth cannot be under estimated in a playoff run!
