Now that I am cooled off, which takes a day, on the positive side. Dallas played head to head with Tampa the world champs, and the chargers played head to head with them even with all the mistakes. Fix the mistakes and we will be right in there with anyone possibly.
Move Bosa to tackle. We miss Darius Philon.

McKitty has not played as far as I can tell. I felt a bigger need was more OL depth in that round. I get that McKitty might be a long term pick with Cook this year as a bridge - but I am pretty on record as wanting more OL depth. I thought one more draft pick and one more veterans.

We also had a whole lot of blown assignments at the second level that we didn't have in the WFT game. 5 yard runs are tolerable. 20+ yard runs are not. The 20+ yard runs are because of blown assignments or missed tackles.
He is too small - what are they thinking?

- Soft up the middle on defense. Not sure you scheme your way around that.
- No real speed at WR, and defenses are going to force Herbert underneath.
- Need more focus on a power running game to open up play action
- The play-action they did looked bad(reminded me of early Brees)

Turnovers also -- Adderley didnt catch a INT that would have saved three points.

- 69-74 record
- 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
- Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
- 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
- 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
- Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
- Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games
