They may be, but FIFA is still in an entirely different stratosphere. They don't even pretend they're not trying, hence, Qatar WC at 140 F and the promise of air conditioned open air fields and i'm pretty sure man made clouds that would be moved by airplanes to cover the direct sunlight. You can't make that up, seriously, the plan was Qatar in the summer.
