I still can't get over the improvement in tackling! I only saw three missed tackles the entire game. They are going to be a handful for everyone if they keep tackling that well.

Isn't it great to be getting so much enjoyment out of the team after all the bad years!

Derek Carr has the yips. Joey Bosa said it out loud after the game. That same Mr. Yips declaring the Raiders own Los Angeles was bad form. I doubt Derek will speak in that manner again. Nor will Joey.

That isnt the first time he has said it. He has said it the past 2 seasons. He will say it next season as well.

Joey’s comments were kind of a dick thing to say about Carr. Sort of like the comments Carr made about playing in our stadium before the game.

I read on a story this morning on a Raiders site about this very issue, and in the comments at least half, if not more, Raiders fans agreed with Bosa, that Carr folds when the pressure starts. It's always been the knock on Carr, going back to his college days. I went to San Jose State and my brother went to Fresno State and we have a rivalry going, so I saw Carr a bit in college. He always got a bit hinky under pressure.

I hate primetime games...they get me all amped up, regardless of outcome, and I rarely get to sleep before midnight here in Illinois...too old for that shit!

Yep...this is why I always thought Rivers wouldn't be able to get us to the next level...for all his talent, and I did enjoy so many of his games, he unfortunately had that habit of playing hero ball in tight games...Herbie's calmness in the storm is a plus...

If McNeil would have stayed healthy longer or PR had a better OL - that helps with the "yips"

and better coaching. my goodness - Norv, McCoy and Lynn didn't help him one damn bit
