I an listening to Waller on sirius right now. He said our D was really causing confusion as to what he was expecting for coverage on his routes. Said he had to really be on his toes trying to adjust as plays started.

Staleys strategies do make this harder on not only the qb which hadnt occurred to me. great to hear its causing them to really have to play differently to be effective.

You know, rewatching this game (so fun) Carr took a dive or saw ghosts on a couple sacks. Bosa spoke the truth. Wish he would not have, but he did. On the Tillery sack, Carr went down without really being touched. Tillery does get a bit too violent at times and has the yellow mementos, but perhaps that is an advantage to him? Plus he looks like a psycho out there. Look at his eyes. On the Covington sack, at first I thought Carr was being careful not fo throw a pick or fumble, but he did just go into the fetal position as soon as Covington expressed himself. (Nice, huh?). Carr has been like this for years. I am not accusing him of not being tough, but he does lay down a lot.

THe pooch by Vizcaino had back spin on it! I told you all he punted in college.

Lastly, I think the silver lining to not having a majority of fans show up at home games and therefore not really having a home game all season is that if the Chargers have to play on the road in the playoffs, that is nothing for them.

Chain is obviously a defense attorney who is bent on defending Tyron Johnson while spearing Palmer who is just a rookie who gets very limited snaps and will continue to get those till we have an injury at WR.........which none of us want to see, but Chain is right(in his mind) as long as Palmer gets those 5 snaps a game and they dont throw to him.

Its all about opportunity. If you don't get any, you cant fully show what you have.
