I think the fans deserve to know now before the season who they are paying to see. I think a unified voice stating no confidence in the Chargers loyalty is in order. If they want to stonewall San Diego's effort, let them have a lame duck year. #thenowherechargers make it happen.

"When NFL players were locked out a few years ago, they won an anti-trust lawsuit against the league for depriving them of the ability to market their services citing the monopoly power of the NFL.
Chargers fans could do the same by defending their right to keep the team in San Diego.
"A monopoly, or cartel, controls the supply and demand for its products.
In the NFL, that includes the number of players, teams and stadium venues.
"When the NFL says well, we're going to artificially control the number of teams, and then play one city off against the other that's a monopoly, engaging in monopoly conduct:which is clearly illegal as the courts have so said," said Attorney Mike Aguirre."
I know it's Aguirre, but he has a point.

Even if San Diego would never get another NFL team again, I'm all for suing Spanos for the name just out of spite.
That might be actually doing him a favor though since no one in LA cares about the "Chargers".
