Just going to hope the Boys figure it out - coaches have a good game plan; players make smart good players -meaning tackle the guy, catch the ball, etc.

Keys to game:

1. Pass pro...with Feiler solidifying the left side, have RB or TE give Scho and Norton help.
2. Designed rollouts, mostly to left side where rush will be contained better.
3. Midrange and 1-2 long balls mixed in with the short and perimeter stuff.
4. DON'T send Ekkie up the gut vs. a stacked box
5. I'd like to see what Bradwell can do
6. Herbie needs to reduce velocity from 90mph to around 75 on the short passes to improve catchability
7. On defense, need to bring frequent blitz early to rattle Burrow (more Derwin, please)
8. No more whiffing--CONTAIN, HEM IN and GANG TACKLE the ballcarrier instead of going for the big hit

A major issue this year. 3 yard losses turn into 50 yard gains........this has to stop.

Agreed. I don't know if sometimes they are trying to make a spectacular play or what. But just make the solid tackle. Same on offense, catch the ball first.

Fundamentals. I would like to see a lot of DL rotation; more blitzing

On offense, try to run the ball with somebody other than Ekeler.

I'm at the hotel in Cincinnati getting ready to head over to the game. Flew in from San Diego on Thursday. Looks like I may have bought some of the weather with me. Supposed to hit 60 degrees and rain is supposed to happen tomorrow instead of today as originally forecast.
