The big difference in what Whiz has done recently and what we did under Norv is that Whiz really likes to do a lot of "bunch" or cluster formations to help WR work their way open with natural picks and rubs that develop. We did very, very little of that under Norv, especially last year. But the last few seasons I have seen AZ doing a lot of it. Hopefully, with Green and Gates not being the strongest blockers, we can work them in as part of the perimeter blocking and do some bunch crunch style sweeps to get Woodhead and Mathews on the edge.

This one to me is the funniest post, and the first one I saw with the new N O R V smiley. When I was reading it, I thought, "wow, Steve actually went to all that trouble to substitute Norv for N O R V." That seemed out of character for him.
