1 TBS worchestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Put everything in a sauce pan, whisk it until everything is blended
bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15 min, stir occasionally.
Let it cool to room temp then put it in a bottle of your choosing. It will last about 2 weeks.
