Well I’m glad Dallas lost. Even though it was a close game, I just hated how both teams tried to give each other the victory with penalties and turnovers. How do you false start on a sneak?

Rulebook says the WR must come to a pause for a full second. QB is the time-keeper. Ultimately, that falls on the QB, he gives the final release command to Center.
