I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here. Does anyone have memories longer than that of a goldfish. Mike Williams is a fine second receiver and Keenan Allen is a stud #1. Adams is an All pro.

Last year was a career year for M Will and an average year from Allen Robinson (with some of the worst QBs in the league throwing to him) in some of the worst offenses. I get the sentimentality, and the chemistry, but I think Robinson is a much better WR.

Before injuries kept him out of action the last couple of years, Michael Thomas was an unstoppable receiver. The Saints are in cap hell. I think he's under contract for the next three years, although the salary is high, and if it didn't work out he could be cut in a year or two without much if any of a cap hit. A risky option, not only because of the injuries, but there was also a beef with the coaching staff (over whether he was too injured to play, as I recall, and I think the facts bore out that he was). Still, New Orleans would probably let him go for reasonably cheap draft capital (cheap when compared to his potential value as a high #1 receiver). Still fairly young, very productive receiver when healthy. If Mike Williams can't be signed for anything reasonable, nor Adams, would this be an option worth considering? Would Lombardi have some insight from being on that coaching staff until last year that would help us better evaluate the risk and reward?

Another name to consider - if we can't re-sign MW - is Calvin Ridley. He's coming off a down year (injuries limited him to 5 games), but in 2020 he had 90 receptions for over 1300 yards. I've also seen Amari Cooper's name linked to the Chargers, although I've always thought Cooper was a bit of an underachiever.

Ridley also missed time with mental health issues this season.

What an absolute dumpster fire Gettelman was. Look at them on the chart, and that is with a QB on a rookie deal.

                Adams asking $30million per year.
                It's over.

I don't think Rodgers is going to Denver, why would he in this division? I doubt Adams goes there if Rodgers does not.

Who does he think he is...Joey Bosa? LOL! Hard pass...we move the ball around to multiple targets per game anyways. Maybe the Jaguars would be stupid enough to pay him if they got the money.
