Troutman sealed his fate on Monday when he was asked when he would be back and said he wouldn't rush it and wouldn't be back until he was 100% and that was still weeks (plural) away.

If he had said he wanted to be ASAP to help the team and thought he would be practicing soon he would not have been IR'ed.
