TT didn't have someone who is bright like BS prior to this point. Lynn and Mccoy didn't know what they were doing. The team didn't have a real direction under those guys. Thus the lousy results and mediocre or losing seasons. The GM is only as good as the HC next to them.

Over the past few days, it's as if Santa's NFL free agent sleigh stopped in the Chargers' parking lot and allowed Tom Telesco to take whatever he wanted.

Things may not work out with each and every one of these players that just signed on, because that's what happens in football, but I have NEVER seen the Chargers move so swiftly, authoritatively, and convincingly to shore up needs.
