The data shows there aren't many available and many have a need for one. I don't think teams needing an OC will reach for a 4th rnder after the top 2 are gone. Likely they will fill the need w day 3 in the draft, cuts or FA.

Traditionally position scarcity forces guys to be overdrafted, then once the run starts it leaps exponentially. It’s how we ended up with guys like Pipkins and McKitty in the 3rd round.
