Well, I wanted us to hire a defensive oriented coach. Instead we hired the offensive coordinator de-jour and a GM who helped build soft teams in Indianapolis.

And we wonder why we are still a soft team that can be entertaining when we lose.

Why fire McCoy? The biggest problem with this team isn't the coaching (except for Reich), it's the players. Most of them either suck, are too old, or are dumb as rocks.

A interim head coach isn't going to magically turn this team around and playing devil's advocate, if this team moves to LA, who cares who is the coach for next year?

I agree Telesco is a failure as well. 3 years is enough time to have been expected to make an impact.

If you expected to make an impact Telesco should fire McCoy because he isn't getting it done with the pieces.

Ultimately it's on Telesco but McCoy is part of the problem. Too many games with glaring coaching errors. Games where we are unprepared and get blown out of the water like the Miami game last year in critical must win games.

Not firing McCoy now is just another failure of Telesco. He needs a fall guy if he want's more time.

Accountability. Something should be done to show these results are unacceptable. If they are not going anywhere firing him doesn't hurt either. Miami seems to have improved.....

We are 3-8 in our last 11 games. This 9-7 crap is unacceptable we could have continued that with Norv and AJ and now 9-7 is a hopeful dream. Losing to the Raiders like that at home and the overall trend we have seen is enough to fire the guy now.

This is not a 2-5 team. This should be a 4-3 team. We need a coaching staff that gets the most out of their players, not the least. I have lost complete confidence in this coaching staff.

Yesterday was pathetic. This team looked like they were taking their bye week and doing a last minute walk through before going on vacation.

Is this now 6-12 through the last 18 games? That's worse than Henning.

And what Coach and Coaching staff would want to jump into this mess? Disgruntled fan base, Re-location, 16 'away' games a year and a wishy washy douche for an owner. The only hires you'll get at this point are 3rd tier college guys that just want to add NFL Coach to their resume. The USC job is much more attractive job than Charger HC, hell MM should resign to take over for the Trojans.
