I admit I was skeptical, and worried, but he played very well.

I think Crosby is the toughest edge rusher Trey will face. Good Job

I also want to credit TT for picking Pip. He saw more in Pip than any of us did.

The team should pay for every lineman to spend some offseason time training with him.

The NFLPA would have something to say about that.

I guess so but I have a theory, Rashawn Slater IMO has been instrumental in turning trey around and he did it in one season and one offseason, I’m certain we’ll hear more about this later but slater took the time to work with pipkins and it shows, how crazy is that? A rookie being the mentor to a 3 year vet…it’s absolutely no coincidence that slater’s arrival coincides with pipkin’s massive improvement the following offseason after stinking it up consistently for 3 years…

If I'm Norton's agent I'm sending him to go see this dude. 1 off season and who knows? StormBreaker Norton.

Crosby really is a phenomenal player. Even though he didn’t get a sack or many pressures, he was still extremely disruptive in the run game. Chandler Jones played like I though he would. Invisible. Oh, he will have a game in which he piles up 4 sacks when it doesn’t matter but he will be largely invisible the majority of games. I almost forgot he played for the Raiders. So they jettisoned a younger, better edge player for an older more expensive less effective one.

Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

Those numbers are even better than I thought, they did help him at times but trey also did well against crosby on his own…there was this one play where crosby tried to bullrush him to the inside and trey dropped his weight and anchored down really nice, he basically stopped crosby in his tracks but crosby ended up getting a pressure because zion johnson came over and threw him into the ground and out of pipkin’s grasp, LOL…johnson actually freed crosby who snapped up lightning quick using one of his super long arms and almost sacked herbert, talk about unwanted help…

otherwise I saw great teamwork from pip and zion, they really work well together and zion deserves his own thread he’s every bit as good as I thought he’d be when I was impressed by him at the senior bowl practices…back to back the chargers have drafted plug n play probowl caliber starting offensive linemen, wow…
