Im going to say that toe tap rule is just wrong. Catch was clear w both feet in. Toe tap should count….change that idiotic rule

If he dragged his toes and the heel comes down 2 feet out of bounds, then they say your toes are in. But if he heel is 2 inches out of bounds, then they look at where your heels are.

That’s right. If he had somehow picked his foot up before the heel had touched it would have been a touchdown.
