Think about this - if the guy receiving the punt is about 6 ft tall and catches the ball and falls forward onto his face he'd have about a 2 yard return - doubling our season total after 10 games!

No kidding. He also fell down on two of his catches that he didn't fumble. I didn't think it possible to see a worse returner than how Jones played earlier this year. I was wrong.

I know it didn't mean anything with regard to the outcome of the game, but WTF was with that non call on the PI down the sideline? I'm guessing the refs simply kept the flag in their pocket because it was 3rd and long, and didn't want to give the Bolts a freebie. Funny how that is never a factor when we commit PI on a 3rd or 4th and long.

While it's hard to tell from the stadium how bad it was, it shouldn't have been a freebie it appeared to me as if it was a bad non-call.

It was really bad on TV. The DB never turned, and tackled the receiver well before the ball got there. The ball did land out of bounds, but the receiver could have caught it in bounds. It's a meh play, because it was a meh day, but was an atrocious non-call. That's why I think the down and distance factored into the ref's keeping the flag in their pockets. If that were the Packers or Patriots, there would've been at least 3 flags thrown.

I think it was the only time they threw tried to throw to Tyrell, and he got deep. The DB was beat enough to hit him early to prvent the catch.
Really the only reason I cared at that point was bc it was the kid's first snap on the field. I think he was only played one more snap in the 2nd half at WR.
