    Who gets the chop

Somebody needs to go after this debacle. McCoy should go but he could be on the Norv Turner 9 Lives plan. Pagano should no longer be accepting a check. Reich should see the door. Don't know who coaches special teams, my guess is nobody, but whoever has the title should see the door. The problem is that the staff is bad but, you can't relieve the whole staff in the middle of the season. Rivers basically said players on this team could care less if they win or not. This tells me the coaching staff lost this team a while ago and we are just seeing the product of poor leadership.

The rumor reported on 1090 last week was that both OCs would go and McCoy would be brought back, but I'm pretty skeptical of that now.

      TT needs to go, too.

I am frustrated beyond frustrated with this team. Riley's 1-15 team had way more fight and half the talent this squad has.

Be nice if Deano and his whole clan got the chop.

We could have had Bruce Areins. I honestly think if Spanos was willing to pay up then Chucky would coach this team. He is a huge Philip Rivers fan. He is getting paid big money for a cushy gig now. He would need a fat offer and a lot of control but it may be possible. Whoever comes in better be willing to slit throats.

Deano will never hire Chucky because Chucky would need complete control. And Spanos has this whole "separation of duties" policy and will not bend from it. Which is a good thing because his policies most definitely work for this team.

He also has a whole 'losing loser' policy.

Spanos hasn't shown me he can find a decent coach without screwing them but will stick by shit like stink. Ross and Schotty and Coryell unceremoniously moved on. Norv Turner sticks around forever. The other head coaches were a motley bunch. Al saunders, Dan Henning, June Jones, Kevin Gilbride, Mikes Riley and McCoy. You just know they would have replaced Lombardi with Wayne Fonts if the opportunity had presented itself.

Gruden hasn't coached in what...6-7 years?

                    No thanks.

Even June Jones knew to move on. They offered him the job and he said "no thanks".

I think everyone needs to be flushed, from Telesco on down to the coaching. It's all bad.
