I think I would either like to see an extra LB or an extra down lineman to stop the run. Can't just let them run all over the defense. And if need be, adjust the defense - but make Mariota beat you with his arm

As for the offense - just move the chains. Try running a bit on first and second down - or short passes to set up shorter down and distance. Again, it might be ugly and methodical
Staley also needs to understand the opponent - FGs today might be the smart play

and if he does go on 4th down - especially the first quarter and half - don't hurry up to run a play - take you time, get the right players and play call over trying to outthink the defense
