Kansas City didn’t even need a WR but they went and got the kid from the Giants and he’s already paying big dividends. We need WRs desperately and got John Hightower and Keelan Doss. Neither has been active. Moore got zero targets. Why is he active. Bandy got one target. It’s pathetic

No moral victories. Just rather beat KC if it means losing this game. Of course, we could still go 0-2. But I’m hoping for 1-1.

It's hard to have a professional football team when all your professional talent is injured and you're playing scrubs.

Tillery will be in the catbird seat on that one......demands that he is never taken off the field, except when he wants to come out or no deal.

Kind of reminded me of watching the Titans with Malik Willis playing qb

No these scrubs are the professional talent this team has assembled. They had an entire off season, pre season and trade deadline to try and get better talent. They didn’t. They held Pat happy with this group outside of some PS guys they picked up

I did because they always throw on first and goal.
The 2nd down penalty happened because Sarrell was too long in the set: it took a long time to get that play off.

The other two were passes that didn't go beyond the line of scrimmage....not much to like about any of it.

Going to need to get some healthy bodies back soon or Staley and especially Telesco will be on the hot seats. If think we need to fire Telesco is we end up with a losing record.

True, but he also had a porous offensive line with less time to throw, and Guyton wasn't exactly reliable having a case of the dropsies.

When you get down the depth chart, you are going to have scrub talent, no matter how well you assemble your roster. It's a reality in the salary cap era. No team is going to be able to overcome having its WR and TE corps wiped out by injury.

Staley and Telesco will both get a pass because of the injuries.
