Andy Reid is 15-3 against the Chargers the last 9 years
the chargers have not one won home game whether at the Murph, the Soccer field or this place
one of the wins was when the Chiefs were resting their starters
Andy Reid is the Chiefs. He is the GM, Football Ops and Head coach. He hires good coaches but you know he has a lot of input. Chargers chose to not talk to him though Mort said he wanted the job
Telesco and John Boy need a bunch of aloe vera as their a**es have been burned for ten years now by Big Andy
Ignore Andy Reid,
look at the last 2 coaching hires.
Guys with practically zero experience as coordinators.
A life time running backs coach and a guy who cut his teeth at John Carroll U......near and dear to Tom Telesco's heart.
Look at who Staley surrounded himself with as assistants: more guys with zero experience,
and one guy with little experience other than a quick crash and burn as OC in Detroit.
Once Detroit got rid of the guy, the offense started moving the ball and Detroit started winning.
At least with AL, he was surrounded by Whiz/Bradley.
Staley is surrounded by the kiddie core. What the hell is the thinking process?

Fangio was available this past offseason. His mentor. Yet, they didn't hire him.
Staley is in over is head. and its actually three hires McCoy, Lynn and Staley
both Visor McCoy and Staley were the hot coaching candidates because one coached Peyton Manning, the other coached Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey
thats why I wanted Daboll of all those candidates. the Chargers would be so much better and he and Telesco had similar roots too. So stupid!!!

Chargers have inexperienced coaches galore coupled with John Spanos running everything who has no history of winning anything and like Lombardi, got where he is because of his granddad.
It’s an inexperienced shitshow from top to bottom.
BTW Shane Day is nearing 50;
he needs to be renewed if he wants to continue with the team....some nasty grey to his beard, yuck!

I believe he won't change the play that his 'superior' think it is good, even he does not agree that it is the most suitable...
2. If it is Burrow, I think he will do it.
3. I don't consider this as Herbert's weakness. Instead, knowing his personality, the GM cannot use good talents, but must provide top talents at HC, OC, QB coach for him!
4. I am still willing to give Staley more time, providing that he MUST upgrade the talents at OC & DC... (If he still insists our current OC, DC are good enough, I want him gone with them!)
5. How about F.Reich (ex Colts HC) as OC and B.Flores (ex Dolphins HC) as DC?
(The reason I proposed these two is because, their former team still must have paid their salary, so they should be cheap for Spanos.)
6. I don't think Spanos will hire any expensive HC.

But knowing the Spanii - they may not pay that much. So Reich might be okay
That said, Telesco HAS to go. He HAS TO HAS TO HAS TO GO!!!

We all know an experienced quality GM who would run the organization without owner interference would be best but that ship sailed when Dean stepped down and installed his snot nosed kid as the Lord of all coaching and player decisions.
It all starts in the trenches and since Johnny and Telesco have been running the show both lines have been dominated season after season after season.
Telesco and Johnny need to be ripped out of their roles but that will never happen as long as Spanos owns the team

I think Staley is staying. The injuries are the issue. Hard to coach well with half you starters out. He will get at least one more year especially because the team is 5-5. Chargers can make the playoffs.
Geez. You easily could have two wins against KC. Team is 5-5. Had you guys won most would be saying this Charger team is the best in the AFC West.
See you in the playoffs.

There was no blitzing.....no putting Mack over a guard.
Staley coached as conservatively as you can. They did vary their coverage on Kelce, to little effect.
People are starting to question Herbert, Derwin and Mack's abilities.....this is a sign of a bad coaching staff.
this guy is not a professional HC, he’s a fantasy football GM.

The difference between teams is the others that still had a season to salvage picked up quality players at the positions of need like KC did with WR.
Eagles got two former all pros because their run defense was having hiccups.
The Chargers did nothing but pick up practice squad losers to back fill injuries. That’s why Charger fans are frustrated.
