It's interesting that I haven't heard of candidates from playoff teams. Maybe everyone has figured out that being a member of the Belichick tree isn't necessarily a road to success as an HC, but you would think that there would be some interviews set up with some of those 'bye' team coordinators.
Mularkey might be kept in Tennessee, if they can't get Kelly. Kelly might even sit out this next season, to expand his possibilities in both the NFL and P5 College football... he has millions to sit out with.

Anyone think there's anything to the "Saban to Indy" thing?
I could see it. Especially if he wins it again this year. His statement earlier this year (maybe it was preseason), about how the expectations at Alabama were tough, or something like that. Plus, he has the ego, and doesn't want to be seen as a failure at the NFL level."...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."
