Telesco seems to be putting the blame on the close loses on personnel... either himself, or the players talent / availablilty, but not on coaching/schemes.

He said that he has final say on the 53 man roster.

He said the close loses tells him they are lacking a couple playmakers and he is right. More like 3 o 4 playmakers but he is right. We need another at WR, one on the DL and OLB, hopefully a better OL so Gordan can be another playmaker.

This is pretty accurate. A play or two more in those 9 losses would have made a tremendous difference in the results.
