Goddammit. Another one I wanted to see but never did.

Time to eat a Gummy Bear and watch Labyrinth.

    I'm still terrified of Americans.

I missed a shot to see him live at the Roxy when he did a pretour show for Tin Machine.

Lost a big part of my youth today. I still feel shaken. I couldn't listen to Lazerus not yet.

      RIP David.

I don't really know David Bowie songs other than the ones that always get played on the radio. I like the movie, Labyrinth. It goes well with psychedelics and heavy weed edibles.

                        Under the God (Tin Machine)

I think Scary Monsters is his best album. I loved what he was attempting with Tin Machine (redefining himself as "one of the guys in the band").

I don't think he ever mailed it in. Well, maybe he did with "Dancing in the Streets" with Mick Jagger. But he did that for fun.

Pete Townshend wrote a good tribute to him today:

"In a Japanese restaurant we once ate tiny live crabs sent over to our table by a businessman fan. David said we must try, out of courtesy. I wouldn’t have done it with anyone else on the planet. Delicious, of course."

He had a good head on his shoulders, kind and respectful.

RIP to one of the all-time greats.
Wow Fender....I'm sure there aren't many people who think Scary Monsters is Bowies best, I love that album

Scary Monsters is ferociously inspired. Bowie kicked some heads in with that album.
