Staley cannot beat good coaches. No matter what

Joey Bosa invisible for the most part.

We have one elite player on this team and that’s Keenan. Unfortunately Herbert missed him badly twice when he was wide open down the field.

The Chargers never play a home game. That must grate on them. It grates on me as someone who attends the game surrounded by obnoxious visitors. For most it’s the only time they see their team play live so it’s a big deal

Sounds like you should stop wasting your money supporting a poorly run Spanos product.
Shit starts from the top and that's where it begins for us. The Spanos in charge will not splurge for that HC this team need to get them over the top.

Staley's won 1 game in the last 23 against playoff caliber teams. He had 2 weeks to prepare and they played the most ragged game of the year - stupid personal fouls, freebie first downs on defensive penalties, a million oline penalties. They weren't prepared to play against a Dallas team that trotted out the dullest offense imaginable, and that got thrashed last week in San Fran.

Staley is most definitely a major part of the problem . . . . . . . . . . . . you can rationalize all you want, doesn't change the facts.

Staley after every one of our games talks about how proud he is and how his players are soooooo "Connected"??????

Its like he is a super soft and woke grade school teacher..... he does not teach toughness, tackling, blocking..... like most coaches do.....

He's like mike reilly...... nice guy but nat a football coach.....

And TT is clueless how to buid a team.... and how to draft after the first round......

The one thing Harbaugh or whoever coaches this team next needs to improve is discipline and accountability.

Watching "leaders," like Bosa implode in a middle of a playoff game and James seemingly getting personal fouls whenever he plays without any repercussion speaks to the type of leadership there is on this team.

Someone needs to be the grown up in the room and not just a friend.

Both teams looked out of sync and both teams have some good individual talent. It was a really sloppy and poor coaching performance by both squads.

Cowboys are lucky they have a bye this week to try to sort stuff out. Chargers should have looked a lot cleaner and crisper coming out of a bye.

None of those personnel moves are gonna happen this current team is getting blown up after this season.

At what point are people gonna recognize this is what Herbert is and he's part of the problem? 1 for 6 on game winning/tieing drives this season. He piles up stats against slapdick teams like the 'fade but pisses down his leg against legit opponents. He had many opportunities to make a play tonight but couldn't get it done and the defense did plenty to give him opportunities.

Funny when Moore was Dak's OC last year they were saying the same things about him! There could be something to that! Give Herbert a good HC, oline, running game and solid D and he's a good QB! Our QB is not really the issue right now...
