The talent just isnt there on O.That is on Telesco big time. Yes we are down 2 WRs but aside from KA we really didnt have much out there against a better D. Guyton looks avg and not back to 100% of his top speed. QJ made 1 catch then they ran him across the middle and he got all jacked up like our rangy WRs always do. He looks like a bust compared to Zay Flowers who maybe rookie of the year. They must be cringing now.

Everett looks like he is not all back either.

Ekeler had another fumble. Top RBS don't fumble in back to back games.

It just looked like an 4-6 team's roster up against a 8-3 teams but Herbert and some playing absolute hero ball almost was enough.

I just hope they make changes soon finally.

Good Lord, Herbert is literally the only reason we are even in the game, gets crushed by his oline, never gets any help late and people STILL look at him as a problem. SMH.

Lamar Jackson wouldn't win these games.
Tua wouldn't win these games. (and would have died weeks ago, RIP hypothetical Tua)
Patrick Mahomes might win a few of these games because of black magic fuckery that he does when everything breaks.

Herbert is our best player by far and it's terrible that he's been surrounded by such a cast of losers and knuckleheads. Hope Telesco's replacement can get him more help than the maybe ~5 NFL players among his 52 teammates.

He gets traded or straight cut. My guess is that the Chargers let him know that he can pick his team of choice or gets cut.

I thought a trade to SF for one of their players (like Warner) would have been in the cards, until they got Chase.

Yeah Moore's been a bit disappointing. But getting rid of Lombardi was virtually unanimous.

Moore is still an upgrade over Lombardi, right?

Meh, not sure I’ve seen a measurable leap forward. He sure as fuck doesn’t seem to know that defenses are throwing max pressure blitzes at his star QB in crunch time because he’s not ready for it time after time after time after time.

I laughed at the clown-train overflowing with red-nosed rubes rushing to promote him to HC before the first game. At least that is dying out some now, i hope.

I never said he was blameless. I actually have a few posts that call him out for his decisions. What I have said for many years and many coaches is stop scapegoat the HC when there are roster issues. And every time I said....are you sure firing a HC will be the key that I locks all these wins. Fans were sure it was the HC. And for decades HC change has not worked to change anything.

All I can do is laugh at your posts at this point. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and getting same results.
Like keep firing and blaming the HC, yet never build a championship defense or dominant offensive line.

We have the 2nd highest paid defense in the league with players selected by Staley... Do you really think a new GM will keep Staley? Fire them all.

When was the last time the Chargers hired a good or great coach? Ross?....... if you replace a bad copach with a bad coach, then the insanity will continue.....

And TT is the one choosing these bad slow players..... as well as the bad coaches for over a decade..... so he is the number one problem..... But Staley is a horrible coach....

None of these things happened..and.plays were made by Clowney and Van Noy today .Pipkins was well.again not above avg starter level RT on game day. Yet Telesco seem to be in love with this guy. Over drafted him and over paid him. Roster issues plague this team and the HC takes all the heat.

Jalen Guyton is best used as a downfield threat, to run deep routes and get behind defenses, or threaten to. But they can't use exploit his best skills because for some reason the OL, which they've invested a lot in, can't protect Herbert long enough to throw downfield than Guyton. I swear this OL is worse than any of Herbert's four seasons. I don't know how that can be, given the picks they've invested there.

As i posted earlier, enough of the roster is the Coach’s ideas that they can split the credit and get a timeshare together somewhere after they leave the team.
