Like I said before this game. It’s going to take until 2027 for this team to rebuild and compete but they need to replace GM and coaches first.

Defense is still playing hard for which they get credit. Staley does not as he is in charge of both sides of the ball. Mack very well might choose to retire this offseason based on the headwinds coming.

Now my biggest question and concern is. If Herbert misses games and they lose. Do they make the excuse they lost because of not having Herbert and keep Staley?

This team was done before Herbert got hurt. They were finishing nowhere near playoffs

When Lynn got fired it was the game scoring 0 points against New England that did it. If the same thing happens here, that might do it for Staley DURING THE OFFSEASON.
