I do think this is the case. He loves scouting college players and the entire draft process. He lives for it. It's more important than winning. His bio makes it sound like he's the most successful drafter in NFL history.

The end of all that should say.....this is the reason we have zero rings and only 2 playoff appearances the last 11 years. And the franchise is a laughing stock of the league.

I think Duggan could improvise better than Stick at this point in time. In one respect Duggan is used to having a crap oline against superior opponents. LOL!

The Stick Train got derailed on the way to Vegas. I don't think you can blame Stick for the worst things that happened last night. He's still learning and needs to be more aware in the pocket. That would probably improve with experience. He did demonstrate he can make the the throws an NFL QB needs to make at this level. He did have his good moments. But, I doubt the Chargers are going to win another game this season, so it's pointless. The Stick Train is going nowhere.
