He seemed to be locked onto certain receivers ..... probably practice squad guys with whom he has some level of comfort and they were running underneath stuff.
Its underneath stuff or bombs: most throws in between he can't make or struggles with.
The designed qb run was where he shined, and he's neither big, fast or elusive: so much hay can be made from that.
Look at his after game stats, and they look decent (24/38 - 220 yards, no interceptions) .... made John Spanos proud.
He'd definitely be locked in at backup qb if the Chargers were not going to make whole sale changes.

Chief's would prefer 11 - 6 vs. 10 - 7: there's a psychological distinction there.
At least K.C.'s practice squad guys are going to come out motivated and swinging.
Might be enough against Stick/Doss/Erickson ..... really practice squad guys themselves.
Will Tranquil play? He'll want to stick it to Stick.
