Denver sat down Wilson, and still won by 13 points.
Let's just get through this season and look ahead.
Agree lets finish it and move forward. I am fine if they win vs Chiefs, I hate the Chiefs. but is meaningless and worthless going forward. There is no building off a final game under an interim coach in an O and D system that will both be scrapped by a roster that likely will see some notable changes next year, winning against a team playing backups. There's no Big Mo to hang on to if they win, its a nothing burger final period on a bad season.
Fortunately, the loss vs DEN on Sunday prevents us from slipping very much on the draft order. So F it ... if we beat down the backup Chiefs, i'll laugh. If we don't, I don't care a single little bit, slightly prefer it for draft“Less is more? NO NO NO - MORE is MORE!”

In other words, there’s no reason for Patrick Mahomes to play next week at the Los Angeles Chargers.
“I didn’t know that [we were locked into the third seed], so I kind of just let Coach Reid make all those decisions,” Mahomes said. “If he wants us to get out there and build off this momentum that we have, I’ll be ready to go, and, if he wants to give us some rest, then I’ll get that rest, be prepared for whoever we play and be ready to go in the playoffs.”
The decision may be more difficult for two other key veteran players.
Tight end Travis Kelce needs 16 yards to extend his streak of 1,000-yard seasons, which currently sits at an NFL-record seven in a row.
It’s unclear if or how much that streak matters to Kelce, who didn’t speak with reporters after the game.
Meanwhile, defensive end Chris Jones has 9 1/2 sacks, which leaves him a half-sack from earning a $1.25-million bonus.
“I want to play,” Jones said with an exaggerated facial expression for hilarious emphasis. He later added that he understands the value of the bye week from past playoff seasons, “and if Coach Reid decides to rest us, I’ll take the rest and use the week off to heal up some hicks and bruises.”Posts: 2,148

Its underneath stuff or bombs: most throws in between he can't make or struggles with.
The designed qb run was where he shined, and he's neither big, fast or elusive: so much hay can be made from that.
Look at his after game stats, and they look decent (24/38 - 220 yards, no interceptions) .... made John Spanos proud.
He'd definitely be locked in at backup qb if the Chargers were not going to make whole sale changes.
