Prepare to be disappointed and I’m over the rah rah bullshit. All we’ve heard from Harbaugh since he got here is how he needs to protect Justin and how great Justin is. Yet here we are. Again. Guaranteed Roman will be back and Bozeman will be the center so save all the bullshit coach.Originally posted by captaind View PostNext few days will tell us how committed Harbaugh is to winning vs loyalty. Roman & Ficken need to be shown the door, along with a number of offensive & special teams staff.
Even crybaby Vermeil wasn't afraid to shake things up when he had to.

Spanos must decide today how much he values THE 1 coach who performed in a SB winning way. Then sign him as the new head coach. Harbaugh is a fossil and this hired Roman to run his fossil offense. Yes Herbert is broken and readily fixable.

No sane individual would bring Roman back.Originally posted by Boltdiehard View Post

Harbaugh does need to accept that the system he wants to run doesn’t fit the QB that we have. That’s why Roman’s system is a failure, and it explains why Herbert seemed to know as soon as he walked out onto the field last night that there was no way in hell this gameplan would work.
In short, Harbaugh needs to be more flexible, as one other poster said….cant find it now. I agree with that assessment. Change the system to fit what we have.

This might actually be a time for John Spanos to get involved from an ownership perspective in team meetings when discussing the OC, if Harbaugh is blinded by loyalty to his buddy Roman.Originally posted by captaind View Post

Competitors are supposedly welcome! If your OC / buddy is given a free ride, that undermines that notion.Originally posted by HerbieParadigm View PostSpanos must decide today how much he values THE 1 coach who performed in a SB winning way. Why were Charger players telling Pat players after the game that they were clueless? You do that if you want the OC gone.

The Pats probably lose to Houston, if Houston gets through Pittsburgh. Vrabel does not have a great playoff record.Originally posted by jamrock View PostVrabel is better than Harbaugh. We missed the boat again
That is why Tennessee fired him.
If the Chargers faced a greg roman offense with a weak oline, how many points would that offense score?
