    Whatever it takes

JT Woods - can he be a gunner on ST. Is that his ceiling

I trust Hortiz, Harbaugh, Minter to make the right call

I think the real change will be more simple than X's and O's . . . . . . . . . . . Harbaugh and Minter won't accept or condone players not playing hard nosed football, not being prepared or not playing disciplined. If you're not putting in the time and you don't have the right attitude - you wont be playing . . . . . . . . . . . goes for the offense too - I hope QJ's putting time in on the jugs machine.

ALL of our guys better understand that it's a whole new world of Charger football . . . . . . . . . they better be prepared for what's coming

Corollary: no job is safe on the field or even on the bench. Style and/or contract points mean bupkis.

Make a team! You’re either in the boat or floating chum.

It will be both but this is important. guys better prepare emotionally for camp. No lifting days off after a good practice. No ice cream trip after a good 3 days in camp.

”Less is more? NO - MORE is more!” I’ve heard two former players say that exact same thing - its a Harbaugh siggy

I like the blend of veteran NFL coaches and up and coming college coaches that are being hired.

                        Its a good thing.

Look at it this way: with less of a dependence on the edges to bring pressure, an edges pressure rate should increase when they do pin their ears back.

OTs, and the offense, will not sit and focus on them pre snap, and they won't burn themselves out by the 4rth quarter, since many times they'll operate just to open up blitzers.

This guy has developed some good safeties at Notre Dame, including the Ravens' Kyle Hamilton, who in the NFL has become the safety we aspire for Derwin to become.
