With Hampton going to IR, this is were the Oline coach and OC need to figure their shit out. This is were you make your money. Use your TEs and WRs more than ever in the quick pass game, screens. Honestly I have no faith in either of them.

I've been a fan since the 70's and this is probably the best coaching staff I've seen. I've been saying and will continue to say the Chargers were so depleted of talent when Hortiz/Harbaugh took over that it will take at least 3-4 seasons to get right. They have done a really good job of bringing in talent and building great depth in certain position groups.

With that said, the oline is still a work in progress. They are likely going to have to rebuild the IOL this offseason. The IOL is just too slow to pick up stunts, and they are slow to pick up/block quicker DT and DE's.

I agree other than Roman and Devlin. The proof was in their résumé’s. Bottom 3rd Olines in Devlin’s past and Roman bloated run game stats because of running QBs. Roman has never had a good passing game.

I think Hortiz is the best GM they’ve had since Butler. AJ was only good for a few years before he thought he was smarter than everybody else. Larry English, Jonas Mouton, Jacob Hester to name a few.

I honestly don’t think any GM and or coaching staff will be able to overcome the curse of the Spanos Family has on this team, especially after moving to LA. If they do, good for them. I just don’t see it happening.

Since they left SD, I have never and will never buy any Charger gear that has LA on it.

We have hurt long enough as fans and I’m about at my wits end with them.

Come on billionaire out there somewhere and NFL, bring a team back to SD. San Diego Thrashers
