His name is Conner Barton or Zach Frazier…..might be able to trade down and get Frazier.
I would love to have barton on the Chargers, his tape reminds me of Kris Dielman...

My point was only that this is nothing new. The solution is, ultimately, to upgrade over Pipkins.
My point, as well. The solution is easily attainable this draft. We're actually in the perfect position to do it.
Early 1st round... early 2nd round... seems like a no-brainer to me. I think we have the right coaches and the right GM to see through the pretty tinsil and the bows...
Noon update:Whether Connor Williams intends to play again after December’s knee injury remains a question. His agency declined to comment on the issue on Wednesday morning.
ESPN’s Louis Riddick said Wednesday that he hasn’t heard anything definitive on the matter after saying this on television on Tuesday: “Before Connor Williams got hurt late in the season, on a Monday night game against the Titans, this guy was an absolute monster.
“He’s big, strong, he’s physical. He’s a guy that can play in a zone or gap scheme. This is the kind of dude who is really a foundational piece. He had a bad ACL knee injury, significant knee injury late in the season. There may be some speculation as to whether or not he’s going to continue playing football. This is guy who for me would be kind of a foundational piece on the inside that you’re looking for.”
Asked recently if Williams has communicated if he wants to play again, Dolphins GM Chris Grier said: “No. He just wanted time to rehab and focus and get his mind clear and we’re giving him that space. We just told him there’s no pressure on him. He’ll communicate and him and his agent will communicate with us at the appropriate time.”
In the meantime, Miami this week moved forward with a new center: Tennessee’s Aaron Brewer, who also can play guard.
But Williams began his career as a guard for the Dallas Cowboys before moving to center with the Dolphins. Pro Football Focus rated him one of the best two centers in football this past season before his knee injury in December. He allowed only one sack and rated highly as a run blocker.
So there might yet be an opportunity for a return to the Dolphins, at some point next season, if both sides decide they want that, and if Williams is able and wants to play this season.
LB CJ Allen, OC Parker Brailsford, TE Justin Joly, NT Dontay Corleone, OC Bryce Foster, CB Josh Moten, LB Eric Gentry
The guards were being asked to do too much last year, IMO. Asked to help an insufficient pass blocker at RT. Asked to help pick up the blitzing LB's and stunting DL. How is Gus Edwards at picking up the blitzing LB's...? How is Dissly at picking up blitzing OLB's and DB's...? Isn't this part of the plan, too...? Isn't this why Ekeler and McKitty/Everett were let go...? Kellen Moore was awful @protection packages.
I think the guards will be fine if they know their roles and get some support. The offense will be different... starting with a strong running game and better pass protection. This what Harbaugh does. This is what Roman does.
I'd start trying to figure out who our DT/LB/CB are in the 3rd and 4th rounds.
Oh cripes.
I cannot believe this.
The post was deleted IMMEDIATELY.
I thought it was done and over with.
Never to be thought of again.
Not at this place.
Mrs. Bosa > Mrs. Kelce.
Scouting report...
--Cheryl Bosa is a mover and shaker in the world of real estate.

Edge to Bosa.
Ok, it’s late. The kids are in bed.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
Let’s win one for Mack.
I'd really like to have Mike Will back, but I am skeptical about this report, because I think there is a lot of interest in Mike around the league. When he's not injured he's a stud on the field who has the ability to dominate your opponent's best DBs at the point of the catch, even the elite ones. He's easily the best FA WR on the market right now. His agent is already fielding offers. I don't know if they are going to wait around for training camp to see if the Chargers want him back.
On the other hand, he is coming off of a serious knee injury that often takes a season for players to fully return from. Many players who return from ACL injuries are not the same their first season after surgery. It's the next season they are fully themselves again. And that does have to be a concern for any team interested in signing him, including the Chargers.
But, there are teams, like the Bears, who will have a rookie QB and cap space to take a chance on MW. He is a good WR for a rookie QB, large wingspan catch radius and will fight for every ball thrown at him. WRs like that don't grow on trees. Carolina, Commanders, Patriots, Titans. I can also see the Chiefs being interested, he's been so good against them. Raiders too.
