I live just outside of Nashville and have not heard a peep about the Titans wanting to trade him.

I’ve not seen any rumors. Heard is post-game presser and he didn’t sound to happy. I guess it’s more of a pipe dream but he probably like to reunite with Harbaugh and Minter.

it would take big time compensation to get Simmons, and that's assuming that he's even available, he's not, but any player can be traded if the right compensation is available...we're still not there as a team, still another offseason away from serious contention IMO...I do see the Chargers moving maybe 1 or 2 players AFTER the season is over and to bring in more draft picks for 2026 draft...

Who would you move? I see them letting some expensive players walk and us signing free agents for replacement rather than worrying about more draft picks. Trying to find replacement players in a single draft is very risky but the Chargers have been drafting fairly well.

There is a lot of fan speculation. With so many people fed up with Callahan, they seem to think they want to get as much draft capital to help lure a big coaching name after they fire Callahan towards the end of the season.

Simmons name just keeps popping up because he is becoming pretty vocal about how upset he is with his teammates in Tenn. But I don't necessarily think he is helping his stock being so vocal.

No chance they are considering offers.
He’s in his final rookie contract year, and they declined to pick up the option year. He’s a FA, no guarantee he decides to re-sign with them. They can franchise him but franchising an OC is not the norm in the league. AI says the tag cost is based on all OL (e.g. OT), not just OC - tag is $23.4M. Smart advice for him is wait for FA and listen to offers. I wouldn’t give up a 2nd unless he signs a new contract as part of the deal though - a 2nd for a half year rental is too steep

besides,. Gro said Boze is playing well. 11-6, right?

IMO, the most important position to bolster right now is RB. Kimani Vidal is now the #1, with Haskins and Hines behind him and Amar Johnson on the PS. With the injury to Hampton looking more serious and long-term, Hortiz has to make a move here. I continue to believe Breece Hall makes the most sense. The Jets are 0-6. Hall is on the final year of his rookie contract, the Jets didn't sign him to an extension so they haven't made him an integral part of their long-term plans, his full year cap hit this season is $4.3 mil, he will be a UFA next season. This adds up to him being acquirable for a relatively low draft pick right now IMO. Hall was the 36th pick in the 2022 draft, he is only 24 and has a career 4.6 ypc average, this season he is averaging 4.7. Think what an RB corps of Hampton, Hall and Vidal would look like.

I agree we need another RB. Vidal had a great game - but it was against a bad team with the worst run D in the league. He won't find the going nearly as easy going forward and what is behind him does not appear to be much.

Mr. Mayor, I concur with your assessment...however...I STILL think we're thin at O-line...but the only issue is that there don't appear to be any O linemen we could trade for...so this means we absolutely MUST go O-line EARLY in the next draft...I want C, T and G ALL in the first five rounds...

Bones in the legs (femur, tibia) may take up to 20 weeks to heal. Simple fractures in other areas may take 6-8 weeks.

I’ve only heard a rumor it could be a fracture so if so, it is indeed longer than 4 weeks before Omarion’s return.

I don’t think those estimates take into account building back the explosive leg strength required of a running back.

So it could take 4 to 20+ weeks based on unknown details.
