    Great info, however past actions does not mean that it will happen again. Hortiz was not the main guy in Baltimore so others were involved in the process. HOWEVER, it does show a pattern of being creative. That is not what the Chargers have had in the past!.
    THIS is what I am most looking forward to. A new look and creativity

      Yep...hopefully Hortiz is a branch off the DeCosta tree...or, who knows? Maybe it was Hortiz who recommended a lot of those deals...One thing I have heard about war rooms and other personnel meetings, is that there is generally a CONSENSUS among the GM, Director of Player personnel, Director of Scouting, HC, OC, DC, chief scout and others, when it comes to making a trade up or down...or a lot of other personnel moves...
