Winning, and McCoy losing his job is a possibility, but not based on what Telesco said today. He was too ambiguous on whether McCoy was on the hot seat when asked, just saying that the entire team and front office is accountable.

Winning is always more important to me, regardless of the consequences. Losing only opens different options, and most of those are bad.
