Would also be fine if JPJ or Frazier was the pick at 37. Though it wound surprise me if the target a mid round pick for C. There are some good development prospects that should be there in the 4th or 5th rounds

We have development C prospects.
All the OL talk by our staff supported by drafting Alt leads me to believe we'll draft a top C.
CB or DT is due soon.

I think that's more risky than drafting Payton Wilson as James has also had an injury history and is 20 lbs lighter, with a high $ contract

I really like the Simmons idea now just cause Minters scheme calls for it so often and he’s floating from a
4-2-5 to a 4-3 to a 3-4.

Oh forget it. Every player on every play is subject to injury. I don't believe you build a roster on "What If player X gets hurt?". Stack the roster with the best players and WHEN the injuries happen, next man up.

agree, but you have to avoid players who getx hurt every year..... players never get less injured as they get older...... so drafting players without injury history is safer than with injury history....

Simmons is a long long shot. I have read the Texans and Eagles are interested and with those teams, on paper and 2023 performance, are better and probably going to the playoffs - he might want those two options

but - if looking at the best free agents, he is near the top of the list
