Cutting Palmer because he makes $3 million (almost nothing for a WR) in favor of a seventh round pick is like cutting Mike Williams for TBilly a couple years ago. At least T Billy had shown something at the NFL level first.
I really can't understand why a team would spend $5 million on Chark to cut Palmer (makes $2 million less), who is a better receiver. Especially when Palmer can get you a comp pick next year.

DD a surprise cut, especially if Still can be the return guy? I hope not, but do we think they'll carry 6 WRs?
