Tartt played 6 snaps on D. The rest of the DT's played close to 50 percent of the snaps except for Matlock, they did a really good job of rotating them. In comparison, Wilkins and Butler on the Raiders played over 90 percent of the snaps in the game at DT.

I think Tartt will get more playing time over the course of the year but they did a good job of managing snap counts at the DT position this past game.

They ran a stunt against a 3 step drop. Even if the stunt is handled it moves the pile of people right into Herbert. The short drops need to be evaluated by Roman.

Wilkins and Butler were toast in the 4th Q. I don’t believe they should played that many snaps in the 1st game of the season, but that’s the HC’s call. And probably a worse call than that 4th and 1 punt. Your D is exhausted and you count on them to get a stop? Very questionable.

He probably will play more as the season goes on but they literally did keep everyone fresh with the rotation they had this past Sunday. The starting DT's only played about 50 percent of the snaps each while the Raiders DT's WIlkins/Butler played over 90 percent of snaps.
