Palmer is a JAG.
Trade Joey Bosa and J.Palmer for D.Adams.
Small risk, big reward. D.Adams can be cut next year if it don't work. Bosa and Palmer should not be back next year anyway.
Take a big swing Mr.Hortiz.

Zion needs more consistency.
If we can get to where he is doing a whole lot of mauling in the running game, that will be a big boost.22 - TE Mason Taylor

Many might hate me for saying this but I would shop both Bosa and Derwin (if there is value to be had) . Both of these players have had a history of health issues and problems with putting the team first/being disciplined. They haven't matured enough at this point in their careers and it's still a liability IMO.

Good player. He has trade value. And that 10mil saved toward cap is useful. The 23mil cap hit for a safety is not good business IMV. It makes more sense to trade him.
I would offer Falcons Derwin for K.Pitts.Who has it better than us?

Cousins used the shit out of Hockenson as soon as he got to Minnesota but for whatever reason, he dont look Pitts way very often, ....whether thats because he isnt open, dont trust him or whatever. No way im trading Derwin for Pitts. Id redo Derwins contract and id bet thats what they look to do.
Pitts contract next year is guaranteed 10.8 mil on his 5th year option. They trade him now, his 10.4 mil cap hit this year gets split between dead cap and savings.
They save 10.8 mil by trading him after the season. Going to guess they look for a better option that fits them and /or also the draft.Last edited by Boltjolt; 10-02-2024, 09:37 AM.1. Mason Taylor TE LSU
