I still think Hortiz needs to find a rookie TE
But signing a Mark Andrews would give Hortiz some flexibility. That said, cannot pass another year without getting a younger receiver in the room
After Andrews's Drop Heard Round the World, I looked up his drops on the season, and he's about average for TE's:

Looks like Harbo wants Boze back:
        (or so they claim...)

Bozeman has intangibles and reading between the lines, sounds like Jim doesn't blame HIM for the weak interior.

I'm fine with that so long as there's a transition plan at guard(s).

He said this during one of his pressers. He’s not blowing smoke or using coach speak. There is no reason to. If he didn’t want him back he wouldn’t say anything. I’m not a Boz defender but to me it seemed the OGs were the problem.
Time to put my money where my mouth is: Hampton will be better than Jeanty!

Doesn't mean he wants him back as the starting Center. Maybe he wants him back as a back up

Second, don't take anything a player or coach says just after a loss. Go to the tape, take the emotion out of it.

I cant assume he was doing anything more than sticking up for his guys that had the worst showing. Wait for roster moves, we’ll know when we know and not until then. He is currently an unsigned FA.

Yes we need a sure handed TE like Gates. In fact, I don’t recall any drop passes from him… wasn’t he investigated for using stick um’ because he was that good

From ESPN+ DK Metcalf will be traded from Seahawks to Chargers

Metcalf is still in his prime at age 27 and is a challenge for opposing defensive coordinators. But Jaxon Smith-Njigba received more targets than Metcalf among Seattle receivers this season -- 8.1 to 7.2 targets per game -- and Metcalf, a projected 2026 free agent, likely needs a new contract, which won't be cheap.

"The Seahawks can still get good value for him, and he could pair with Ladd McConkey for a good inside-out tandem," an NFL coordinator said of a move to the Chargers. "[Justin] Herbert to Metcalf would be scary. I think [Los Angeles] will be looking to help the quarterback in a big way."

I wouldn't be against this trade - Metcalf is a good player

Nick Korte has the Chargers getting a 5th round comp pick for Murray - -has gone back and forth between a 5th and 6th

A 5th would be huge - much better trade value obviously - plus with the Pats pick at the top of the 6 - would be quite the bonus
